Delete your account

You can delete your Cyclic Games account (used by CricTriv and our other games) at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Cyclic Games app.
2. On the Home screen, tap PROFILE (top left).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the message and tap DELETE ACCOUNT to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. The app then starts again with a new guest account.

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and tell us:

• your player nickname, and
• the email address and/or mobile number linked to the account, if any.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it. We will reply by email once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your nickname, avatar and account identifier.
• The email address and mobile number linked to your account.
• Your match history, Played / Won statistics and leaderboard rankings. You will no longer appear on any leaderboard or be eligible for competition prizes.
• The link between your account and any purchased game licence, and your name and email on those records.

What we keep

• Transaction records (amount, date and the store’s transaction reference) with your name and email removed, for the period required for accounting, tax and refund purposes.
• Technical and security logs for a short period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise you will continue to be charged.
